Pre & Postnuptial Agreements

Prenuptial agreements are contracts entered into by parties in anticipation of marriage.  These agreements can set forth what will happen to your and your spouse’s assets, income and liabilities in the unfortunate event of divorce, separation or death.  Postnuptial agreements are entered into after a marriage, but address the same issues.
