Children’s Issues

Children’s issues include child support, time-sharing, and the establishment of a Parenting Plan, which is a document created to govern the relationship between the parents relating to the decisions that must be made regarding their minor children.  Paternity cases, those involving children whose parents never married, also involve these issues.
